The usual instruction
Most visualization advice goes: picture the outcome you want, and see the problem gone. It feels uplifting and, for many people, it quietly fails. The mind knows the problem hasn't been looked at, so it keeps the alarm on.
A different starting point
In the Silva tradition, you relax into a slower, calmer state, often called the alpha level, and work from your mental screen. Used honestly, that state lets you look at a difficulty without being swamped by it. You stop fleeing the problem and start observing it.
A moment from practice
[ADD YOUR STORY: two or three sentences about a moment when you or a client stopped trying to visualize a problem away and instead visualized from inside it. What changed?]
How to try it
Relax and settle. Picture the difficulty on your mental screen at a comfortable distance. Notice its shape, color and weight without trying to change it. Ask what it wants you to understand. Only then let a resolved version come into view.
Why acceptance comes first
Acceptance isn't resignation. It is the position from which real change becomes possible, because you can only move from where you actually are.

Visualizing From Inside the Problem
Many of us were taught to visualize the problem away. It works far better when you first step inside it.
